I think the calendar with motivation phrases will count as one of this, you take a -card/day sheet- each turn/day, see and try to apply his effects. i think this can be as SupperBetter does, maybe i need to try some mechanic like this at my job... but what kind of things should i write on those cards, or whatever component the game could have?
Some basic questions:
Who is playing? How many people are playing? Is this a solo game?
Where do you play? How long is a game? How long is a "turn?"
