Anything else you want to say about the kinds of projects or people or organizations you’d like to work with?
I get excited about working on projects of any sort that are saying something new or interesting- the more out there the better!
Professionally, I've worked on a number of games for classroom use, and I'm definitely still open to working on games of that nature.
In addition, as a programmer by trade, if you have any questions about "HOW" to make whatever it is you're working on, I'd love to talk to you :)
Games you’ve worked on ...
I keep an up-to-date portfolio over here on my site (http://www.sampotasz.com/blog/category/games/), but as of this writing I'll list:
* "Click, Release" which I made for Ludum Dare 26
* "Guts and Bolts" made at BrainPOP for middle school body-systems education
and * "Food Fight" which was also done at BrainPOP for middle school ecosystems education
What abilities would you bring to a collaboration?
As an experienced programmer (and slightly less experienced game designer) I can make a complete game from start to finish.
In terms of explicit abilities, I'd say programming in various forms, game design, crazy creativity, the ability to communicate both code and design idea, att'n to detail, and a relentlessly positive, can-do, and forward-moving collaborative attitude!
Three games you’ve played that have changed your life:
