My name is Yan Digilov, and I work with The Boniuk Foundation out of Houston, TX. Our foundation aims to make people more tolerant of other religions and cultural backgrounds. In our city, we have a significant number of extraordinary religious sites. We would like to build an alternate reality game for people to explore these sites. Recently, we sponsored the grand prize at The City of Houston Hackathon and got a MVP app that allows people to do this, but we would like to develop it into a fully functioning game.
Our vision is to start with Houston and then expand to religious sites all over the world. We are seeking experts in the ARG genre, as well as game/app developers to work with us in this task. Feel free to respond here or contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Here are just a few examples of the amazing sites to be seen, but there are many more:
Is there any background information about your idea online?
Do you want to develop a game or an ARG.
ARG are usually time-limited.
How do you think about scaling?

Do you have experiencing designing ARG's like this? We are looking for help with ideation and early game mechanics.
