By using game mechanics in therapy for heart patients, teaching young diabetics to estimate carbs, help ritualize the keeping of journals for chronically ill patients, shortening feedback loops, increasing collaboration and putting a smile on the face of poor sods (I am one, I may say so ) – this group will change the world.
