I want to work with anybody. I'm actually just getting started "professionally" however I've been working on ideas for games since 1999 which I still have records and documentation for.

None really...I hope to change this.

Right now, a willingness to learn about the Gaming industry and a file cabinet of ideas throughout the years.

if coding is too difficult and you are fine with 2D RPG's there are lots of people making a decent living with the RPG Maker VX ....    e.g. http://store.steampowered.com/app/107310/ , www.amaranthia.com, etc

For serious game designers it is one of the top options. I have Unity installed on my student computers and a few of them have had some success.   Importing static meshes, creating terrain, go fairly easy.  You can also create 2D games pretty easy as well.  Creating a world to run around in is fairly simple but eventually you will have to learn some coding/scripting and it supports some popular options.  Unless you are a good 3D modeler/animator you will have to team up with one or have the resources to hire one...
