Any unskilled innovator's out there?

Hi!
My name is Eric and I am working on my own game project. I find myself as someone who has some very cool ideas but lacks the skills to implement them myself. It's not like I can't learn them, it's just that I never realized I would need those kinds of skills...(programming, art, design)... I have to find people to help me do that but it's kind of frustrating you know? Just thought that I would open the floor for people like me to rant and connect with each other!
