Hi Scott,

I misread the topic,I corrected it, thanks. I do not code/write games/apps, I am a sound designer.

Thanks for getting in touch.

Coding is at the top with funding second, graphic design third. After those three the order of priority is less clear but include journalists/researchers and someone who is more familiar with taking care of finances and other business and legal issues than myself.

I honestly don't believe going with Kickstarter is the way, right now I'm just working on it myself while looking for individuals who are interested in helping out in some way, any way. I certainly can't do it all myself even if I had all the skill sets. :)

Not 100% on the details of how the main chat room works, so I'm going repost what I said there!

The Kickstarter is old news. I've changed the name and learned coding to point that I technically have a working version of it with it's basic functionality in place. I've learned a tremendous amount since then. But I truly believe this is a completely necessary tool.

The Construct 2 link is older, but doesn't require you to sign in: https://396423fa7565a1e2f1d88882dff4f80a1aab78d7.googledrive.com/host/0B8dSo-0gCrNZODljemt0eUpNVDQ/index.html

The current version I have up is technically working but not fleshed out but requires a sign up and log in: lifenav.life/webapp

Things are going slowly. It is good that they are moving though. I should make more progress this week. Thanks for the link. It got me playing around with hour of code again. It seems like they made a lot of progress since last time.

I don't have a design document, but I will get right on it. Is there a particular template you recommend? I am not good with graphic design, I just do concept design. So will need someone who can take from concept to the next step. I would appreciate any advice or tips as up to this stage I have just played around with ideas. I will get onto it right away starting with the design document and then a storyboard, animatic and sprite sheets. I will do my best to make it as easy as possible. Do I need to find someone to develop the graphics (beyond concept drawings) or do you know someone that likes to do that?

Oh and the reason my profile is incomplete is that I couldn't be bothered writing it out again as came back just for a quick look.

Pity they couldn't have copied it across from the old version. My opinion is that the 2.0 was a downgrade.

Hi Scott.

There are a number of areas that I have developed ideas in. I have also worked helping other people with their projects.

On the gaming side I am interested in designing games where people get real value out of them. That is that they are more then just fun. If you are interested in creating some basic games that follow that philosophy, I would love to collaborate. I want to create a number of simple games that come together to make a bigger game (a community). I have been looking into this an researching it for years on and off. At the moment I am making a wordpress website as a practice run for the community part.

Hey Scott,

It's been a while! I've gotten the concept's written and have even almost drawn all my concept drawings of environments and characters. I got a question for you, what do you know about the Unity3D engine?
